Our Rules of Engagement
Step 1: Purchase Order / Request for Quotation (RFQ)
• Buyer issues a formal Purchase Order (PO) or RFQ on official letterhead, stating:
– Quantity
– Preferred origin
– Destination port
– Payment terms
• Seller reviews availability and issues a Full Corporate Offer (FCO).
Step 3: Inspection at Port
• Seller arranges product readiness at the loading port.
• Buyer appoints an independent inspection company
(SGS, Intertek, or Bureau Veritas).
Step 2: Contract & Payment Instrument
• Buyer issues a Letter of Intent (LOI).
• Both parties sign the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA).
• Buyer’s bank issues the agreed payment instrument:
– LC (MT700), or
– SBLC / Bank Guarantee (MT760).
Step 4: Shipment, Delivery & Final Settlement
• Upon successful inspection, shipment is arranged under FOB terms.
• Seller provides full export documentation.
• Transaction is completed in line with the SPA and banking instrument.
• Future shipments follow the same rolling procedure.

We supply Raw Cashew Nuts (RCN) only. Our products are 100% unprocessed, not roasted, not shelled, and suitable for industrial processing into cashew kernels and derivatives.
We facilitate sourcing from the world’s top cashew-exporting origins, including:Ivory Coast, Vietnam, India, Nigeria, and Benin Republic.These origins are selected for quality consistency, export reliability, and volume capacity.
All shipments meet international RCN standards, including:
• Outturn: 48 – 52 lbs (minimum 45 lbs)
• Moisture: ≤ 10%
• Nut Count: 180 – 210 nuts/kg
• Free from live insects, mold, and abnormal odor
Final acceptance is based on independent inspection and outturn analysis.
Our standard minimum order is one (1) 20FT container, with scalable volumes for long-term supply contracts.
Inspection is conducted at the loading port by internationally recognized inspection agencies such as:
SGS, Intertek, or Bureau Veritas.
Inspection reports form the basis for final quality and quantity acceptance.
We work strictly with internationally accepted, risk-mitigated payment instruments, including:
